    Looking to hire a forum moderator.

    Required at least 10-15 hours a Week keeping track of various forums.

    Tasks will be:

    - letting people know about our forums (posting elsewhere)
    - assist people who need help within your specific field
    - keep an eye on postings made in your category, and remove inappropriate messages if necessary
    - and of course, create postings on things of interest to others!

    Will be responsible for at least 25-50 post per Week and keeping the sites moving forward with new threads and topics.

    Must to:

    - have knowledge about PC's (solid)
    - know English (decent)

    does trail period for 2 weeks mean, you want someone to do the work for 2 weeks then decide if they are hired? so meaning they will not get any payment at the end of the trail?

    Yes it's.

    FYI, till now I was receive 8 applications for Mod position and some off them I'll take to work during Test period of 2 Weeks (without payment) after that I'll hire only 1 (eventually 2, if they both are really good).


    Simply, I don't want to pay for some unrelated posting without any Technical knowledge...

    Simply I was set same rules for Mod. position for all, if 3 of 5 guys (which i choose for Trial) agree with Trial Terms I don't have reason to change anything.

    If you're afraid that you'll not get job I understand, I'll probably think about that same like you, but if you don't try you don't know.

    Additionally, even if you don't get job, you have possibility to add your Links to your Profile Signature add get decent number of quality back-links.
