    I am looking to buy small websites at this moment, the site should meet the following qualities,

    1. at least 6 months old
    2. Unique articles
    3. Tech, sports, news niches only.
    4. No Auto blogs
    5. No adsense banned sites
    6. Any revenue/traffic is acceptable
    7. Small News sites are preferred(Any Niche)
