Don't overdo with keywords in Title. Use sensibly which makes a sense and also includes your most targeted keyword for that web page.

It's an important part of SEO to use keyphrase on you Title... user click to your story when they see title... or title must be attractive.
If we use keyword in our title then it will help to increase our ranking on Google SERP's

Remember though when using keywords in a title that search engines only read so many characters of the titles so its not wise to have a 200 char title then have the keywords at the end.

What I like doing is finding 5-6 longtail key words, then try to fit as many of these keywords into a sentence.

    Example

Download dsi games, downloadable dsi games, How to download dsi games, (my keywords)

Title might be something like this

How to download and play downloadable dsi games. (with this I am able to use all the keywords above and hopefully get ranked for each of the 3 terms)

Definitely Put Keywords in the title. But don't stuff the Title full of them so that it doesn't make sense. The Title needs to describe the page clearly and be coherent.

Title and meta tags of the page plays very important role in achieving search engine results but keywords must be used in title sensibly so that it won't look spam.

Try and write your title, and your content, for your site visitors; ignore the search engines. Search engines are ever evolving, with the goal of reading your pages like a human visitor would. If you concentrate on your visitors, you will make it farther in the search rankings.
