When will next PR update?

I have also read that PR updates once every 3 months. I am not sure when the last update was.

 

I vote for august - september

 

In WF, they say PR update happen in July 21th.
I get some google backlink update, but no PR update.
If it was right, thanks God, my PR not dropped (and no increase too ).

 

i dont think there a correct answer ,no one will know but it a good question i nvr thought of it before

I don't believe they have. When it does happen it wont be minor updates, but significant, everybody will know. i think a few minor updates have been mistaken for a massive PR Update.

 

Something just seems weird or off to me. People keep saying that it updates every 3 to 4 months and nobody seems sure whether it has happened or not?

 

Grrovy....the internet is pretty big....I think it's a bit unrealistic to expect a PR update of all 130M sites to happen instantly. It takes Spiders at least 45 days to revisit the average site and cache it for Google.

That being said, it's likely that they're working on other updates and PR (which they are desperately trying to phase out) is on the back burner so to speak.

Personally, I haven't seen any PR changes on my sites....some good SERPS movement though.

That's true, the internet is pretty big but I'm pretty new to this. Is it always sort of a guessing game when the updates come? I don't know if this is typical or not.

 

Yes, interesting thing on SEO Google page rank, I too waiting for PR update only. But I dont know when will it happen since i could see minor page rank update in the month of May 2010, May be next PR update will be between last of July or first week of august. But What Google does i don't know. I am not well known with Google algorithms

 

What do you think about the backlinks in last 2 weeks and the links from 1st week in August????

Well this time its been too late for update on pr by google and maybe it will be in august...

 

Now, i don't really care about PR lol, i am more concentrated about my SERPs. Because i am tired with PR wave, last months i lost my PR from 2 to 0 and then it was back again to PR2 and then last month gone again. So confusing if i really care about it.

Personally i just want to improve my quality of the blog instead of PR, because i am not going to sell my site. I believe PR will come from alone as long as we keeps do link building and have quality contents.

 

Just waiting, who know if end of this month or next month

 

the midmay update was really something to worry.
hope they really update soon or my effort will be useless
