How to remove my web site in Google or bing or yahoo Search engine?

    Example.

    I have on website xyz.com it is 1 yr old. with 1 pr. cashed by googel each every pages.

    now i wnt to delete my site on search engine.(google / yahoo/ bing )
    not only site but also cashed and indexed pages ( all pages )

    can any one suggest me?

    According to Google Webmaster tool help article (http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=164734)

    Dont know for yahoo/bing.

    The best way to do it is to block google.bot using robots.txt file.

    Eventually Google will remove it from the index.

    I'm agree with tigino1 because it is done by google.bot using robot.txt file.

    As far as I am aware the only way to remove your site is with the robot.txt file as mentioned above.

    However your site may also be mentioned in other sites
    e.g.

    My site is: tarot-advice.co.uk

    No, even if I remove my site from Google it can still appear under the digitalpoint.com text

    If some one does a Google search on "digital point tarot" then this page may appear, which contains my link.
