    jus a reminder pls be careful when choosing seo expert now alot seem to claim as seo expert i once got scam before,a guy which dont know how to grow PR claim to be a seo expert that can bring me first page for my keyword

    You could give more details here.. like what keyword is , or at least how many sites are you in competition with, your current SERP, , age of the domain ..etc.
    Az for your budget , you may want to increase it a bit(more), as any really good SEO expert will not do it for that amount.

    No offense but its very disturbing that many people today actually think they can easily dominate 1st page for a low budget. Just to let you know it takes a lot of work especially if your keyword is very competitive.

    No way to get an offer without knowing your site and the KW you want to rank for. Apart, as stated already by other members here, your budget might be too low for a decent work.
