This is similar to my website, as I have two websites having same name and same contents, but older one is having .net domain name and new website which is almost 2 months old now is having domain name .co.in

I have done the updatin in Title tag, similar changes to both the websites, but .co.in website is having India as an additional keyword with the other useful keywords, but issue is with the google, when we are searching out our website in google.com or google.co.in, our recent website is opening first rather the older one which is having large traffic than newer one. How could be this possible.

In your case same condition is there. Can any one help me out for this folks.

Don't keep same content on both of your website, keep your content unique ! It must pass copyscape !
Everything is all about content and back links !

Well, I know this is one way, which need most attention, But I am asking why is it that my older website is no where near in google.com and google.com even ehen I am searching it by its name as its having more indexed pages than the newer one. I truly accept that there is some problem with the copyscape, but is there any other reason, which is creating bad effect to my search results.

May be there is issue of back links !
Quality of back link and relevancy is most important factors for SERP !

It's hard to say why but would try building as many links as possible into your deep pages

To crawl your site use simple coding, do social bookmarking and press release. It may be useful for your website.
