Why Some of my Keywords dropped from Google Ranking all of a sudden?

Hi Everyone, a few days ago, before July 13, we had some keywords ranked in first page of google SERP. However, all of a sudden, these keywords dropped from first page to the third page or fourth page. The worst part is some keywords disappeared from the ranking completely. Does this mean that my site has gone to sandbox or has been penalized? We were mainly posting articles, creating blogs to build links. Thanks

one year back i was getting this same problem, after some days i got back my ranking. Due to more competitor it will happens.wait some days.

 

Re-check what you have done during this period. Although it might be due to some issue with your on-page and most probably with the links you have done during this time.

 

Your search results will jump up and down, espeically if it is a new site. No worries... it all stablizes after a while. Just keep building valuable back links and content and google will begin to trust your site and reward you with more stability in rank.

Thanks, CherryV. My site has been about 10 months old, and we are building about 5-10 links every day, with different anchor text. The only problem I could think now is the link exchange program we particiated rencently. Through the link exchange platform linkmarket.com, we have changed around 30 links so far. All the links share the same anchor text, don't know whether this caused the penality?

You have to work hard on this before publishing any of the post you have to done all the on page seo work and after it try to make some good links with high PR blogs or social bookmarking websites be careful in using social bookmarking and social networking sites because this will increase the bounce rate of your website

I have the same issue Manish. my site is 2 years old and PR 2... 30,000 plus google index... 8,000 yahoo site explorer.... and my keywords have been on first page of google for more than one year.... and now... not in first 10 pages... no where.. all white hat. what do you think???

 

Tech... I like what you say about social networking and bounce rate... maybe I should lear more about that....

 

I'd say build your links a little more carefully. Use Anchor Text and make them for 2nd tier URLs on your site. It's extremely effective.

 

Can u please suggest me ...i was handle 2 sites but targeting keywords of both sites are not come into 1st page.

i think it is depends on your back-link and competitors. if you want to rank top on Google then you need to do seo regular basis.
