    As someone who is in the music business I will say it is a nice site I would however change your Google Ads placement to another spot if possible especially the one under the welcome. That was one of the first things I noticed when the site loaded. I will check back on the site later I can't wait to see it totally done! Good job

    Your's looks so much better than mines... lol (see sig.).

    I purposefully made mines like that though. I heard minimalism more effective for adsense.

    As for your criticism,
    1. What's up with the iStock photos?
    2. Try to make the 3 gray middle sections the same size?
    3. I would put blog updates on a whole nother page to be more user friendly... your audience most likely doesn't care what updates the site has made. :p
    4. The top navigation looks a bit off, the text isn't centered
    5. 0 content! :/ But of course you're still working on that. ^^

    My opinion, you can change Adsense content in top your site to banner content Adsense.
