    No it is not "Do Follow" and whether you get traffic depends on how you promote or market, just like everything else online.

    facebook is of course no follow..........but there is still great potential of generating quality traffic from it.

    Facebook is no follow but the volume of targeted traffic you can produce from it makes it worth the time to market your sites on it.

    Most pages on facebook are no follow such as status posts and profile links. I've heard of an ebook sharing about how to get links from facebook that are do follow but I'm uncertain because I never bought it.
