"How do you use adwords efficiently?"

    1. Check the (cost per click) if it's too low, it's a waste of your time
    2. Check the global monthly searches if it's too high your keyword is too general
    3. Use it to find related keywords that have less competition

Afterwords head over to google, google the terms to see how competitive it is.

    Hope that helps!

i second what jjeezy says....thats exactly how i do my research. however look like you mjust got a free report anyways.

1 thing i disagree with jjeezy on is low cpc numbers. i recently found a niche that has a cpc of 0.16 for a 2 word exact phrase, and over 200,000 searches.
low cpc is not necessarily a bad thing. its good for locating untapped niches.

this may sound like a stupid question but wouldnt you want the CPC to be low?

Adwords changes their rules quite a bit.

If you're buying an ebook, it might be outdated quickly.

They do have support forums though that can help a bit.
