Buying Convert my HTML site to wordpress with theme

    I have a static HTML site which I need converted to word press.

    - I don't have a theme but would like you to design one or pick one out (Dog related).
    - All links must remain the same IE a link on the old site... Site.com\Article.HTML would need the same link structure for the new word press site.
    - All content (approximately 30-45 articles) will need to be copy and pasted or imported to the word-press site.

    is it the same site there in your signature that needs to be converted in to wordpress?
    Design remain same or it has to be redesigned and then converted to wordpress?
