    We only accept Moneybookers and PayPal. You can setup a credit card there, I don't know if they cover your country though.

    My country isn't supported with paypal.. and i dont have money bookers...

    We don't support any direct credit card payments yet. I do believe moneybookers supports Lebanon, you can sign up there when you are paying, it takes a few minutes.

    We have various locations in the US. You will most likely be placed in Denver or Seattle.

    We don't allow rapidleech because it is normally used for warez distribution. If you won't be using it for that, then there will be no problem.

    You can order different IPs. They are $1.50, but are discounted when bought in bulk. This may be possible if there are IPs available of our various subnets. I cannot guarantee this, submit a support ticket to get a definite answer.
