Hello everyone, I recently started posting on relevant blogs for back links. Unfortunately a lot of the blogs are not allowing me to leave comments. When I try to leave a comment, I am taken to a blank page (wp-comments-post.php). And when I click the back button, and refresh the page I don't see my comment. Is this a common problem? Or could I be doing something wrong? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Gordon
If you are targeting some popular and high rated blogs, then there is a chance that the comments are moderated. This means that the blog owner will check your comment before posting it on his/her blog. Some of the blogs have a thank you page, where you are directed when you leave a comment. Maybe the blogs you are accessing do not have such thank you page and it directs you to some unknown page. Blog commenting is good, if it is natural and not for just spammy backlinks.
This normally happen on the WP, you cant make too many comment per day or this will occur due to the anti-spamming plug in
Same issue here. When I leave a comment, I am taken to a blank page and I also can't find my comment. Don't know what is the reason behind this.
Hi, It is really pity that I think this might due to the domain name in your link has been taken as a SPAM domain and thus your comments got blocked from showing up. all the best,
Similarly I also faced same kind of problem in posting @ desired blogs no assurity comes after posting

This come because you are use keywords like " your targeted keywords", if you put your name "rony" then not come this error. Because some popular and high rated blogs, then there is a chance that the comments are moderated. This means that the blog owner will check your comment before posting it on his/her blog. Thanks
There can be any of these reasons given below. The comments you post should be relevant and should contribute something to the conversation or to the blog. Many blogs don't encourage comments like ' Great post!' 'Thanks for sharing' ' Really enjoyed reading the post!' . and such comments fail to clear moderation. So comments should be relevant and should contribute something. secondly,In a few blog there is a process of moderation. Even when you post a good comment, it won't appear initially, it will take a few hours or 1 day for the blogger to moderate and then he'll post your comment. so in that case, you can go and check the blog after a day whether the comment has been posted or not. Thirdly, many blogs don't allow you to use key words, you can use keywords instead of name in only blogs which allow you to do so (if the blog allows keywords, you can find the luvcomment mark at the end of the blog' still you cannot use 'only keywords' you can use name@keyword i.e name and keyword as shown.). Otherwise, you have to use your name for comments Many high PR , High quality blogs are no-follow, and you don't get back links , but these blogs attract thousand of visitors every day, you can drive a fair amount of traffic to your site, provided your comments are exceptionally good and interesting.
It could be that your comment is waiting for approval and that is why you don't see it. Otherwise, I would try another web browser as another forum member has suggested. Are you leaving comments that add to the blog topic? If you are leaving generic comments, maybe their spam filters are blocking your comments.
there could be 2 reasons for seeing a blank page like this. one can be browser related where your browser is not loading the new page or the page where you are submitting comments have a form error itself. another thing could be your comment being trapped by akismet spam filter and not going through at all. if you are in a niche where lot of abuse has been done in the past, keyword(s) you are using will be blocked by akismet so your comments will not go through. you can test to see whether the keyword or your domain is the issue or not. the page that give you blank page after sending comment, you can reload the same page and comment with your name without any URL and see if it goes through. if it does, then its your site/keyword that is raising the red flag. if you see same issue, then try a different browser and see how it works. good luck
