Paypal Sucks Why? Paypal Scam Why?

Paypal is the leading company these days for online transactions. But They also Do lot of scams with their own users.

I just scammed by them ..

Tried to withdraw 2800$ from my account To by bank account. Bank details were 100% correct . Getting paid by other companies using same information.

Now My account have just 2600$ 200$ is Scammed by Paypal.
So my suggestion to all Indians and Non US users. Try to Avoid Paypal specially For BIG Deals (More than 200usd). If you don't have any other option then Always request check from them Never try to get money via bank details.

Another scam : Current rate 1 usd = 46.72 Inr , Paypal rate = 45.11 INR. 1.5 Inr difference :( , bank charge just 0.60 inr for conversion..

If you have story for paypal scam so share in this thread.

People suggest me what to do now?

Just contact them over phone and ask that where is your $200.

And you should have used Wire Transfer for big amounts!

You are totally out of order in saying that paypal scammed you.
Your bank account is in inr your paypal account is in USD therefore you are bound to lose when the currency is changed from the USD into INR

I transfger regularly frm euro into GBP via bank transfer and the rate of exchange i get from the bank is always 2 or 3 points difference in favour of the bank.

    Example
    500 € at www.xe.Com rate 0.83475 would give me 417.375 £
    500 € at bank rate 0.81475 would give me only 407.375 £
as you can see the exchange rate the bank uses is 2 points less than the www.xe.com middle rate.
This is a legal practice although we dont like it as we lose so much in the exchange rate.
Now add to this the bank charges from both the sending bank and the receiving bank for carrying out the exchange and you are very quickly losing a substantial amount.

I heard that they hang up the phone on retards as well. There are so many friggin indian freelancers out there using Paypal, if Paypal does truely scam people, Indians in this case, there would have been a class action against them by now.

Oh yea, saying the F word doesn't make you a man, really.

I withdrawn many times. But why you tried to withdraw large amounts. Go for little in more intervals. Paypal never scams anybody. We have to follow paypal rules.
