PR7 backlink worth its weight in gold

    I'm building a new site (not in my sig) and bought several pr2-5 links in directories, etc. The site would be crawled periodically by Googlebot, nothing special though. Then I bought a link on a PR7 page, and Googlebot set up camp on my site and is crawling even the deepest pages. Incidentally, the PR7 page is content related to my site...dunno if that had a factor in it or not. Just thought I'd share that for those who are on the fence about buying good backlinks.

    It is crawling all right. Is it adding you to the index - that's the question! So far you have not gained anything yet and only paid with your bandwidth. See how you fare in two to three months.

    Not to bring your hopes down but I would say that just the crawling by itself does not really mean anything. Keep building the site, adding relevant content, let people add you to their bookmarks so you don't have to worry about Google in the future.

    I used Text Link Ads...paying $75 on a month to month basis just for the PR7 page. I bought 2 PR5 links too for $15 and $25. They have a $100 promotion going on right now if you wanna try it. Here's the link.

    If you can provide a quality site to trade via a three way link, yes, lots of people with PR6s and PR7s will trade with you. Three way links are basically like one ways.. no minus like on reciprocal links.

    I have a few good PR5 websites that gained PR6 and PR7 backlinks yesterday via three way trades.
