The buyer is holding this domain waiting for netsol to advise.

Theres a lot of skepticism about thechem and desperrado being the same person. One vouching for the other is worthless.

Secondly, Buyer Steven stole this domain from me. We have deal but he is not paid and he has been hollowed. Later i have banned NP. I cannot post to there anything.

This domain legally my domain. I research domain history.

Firstly Carlos Herzing, Palo Alto CA, 94306 USA sold this domain to Zhen XXXX in 2004.
Later Zhen sold to Crew XXXX, NY and my friend has bought from him.
And later i have bought from him.
Now, i must confirm is Rama know Carlos ?

I wrote these NP admins, if they give to me a fax number i can fax to them. But they banned me. I don't want write further details for now.

Steven Kennedy did not steal the domain from you, he began the transaction and then found out that you were in fact the hijacker. He offered to hand it over to a NP admin while the investigation insued. He contacted a prior owner of the domain and had it confirmed you regged a domain that was the administrative contact domain of ama.net.

Then you transfered the domain in your hands. It's people like you that bring down the domaining industry.

You could not post a single piece of proof in your defence. You told him you had purchased the domain on a forum, yet you refuse to divulge the forum in which you purchased the name. You then refused to give a contact from the prior owner. There is not a single forum on teh web that has been discovered with a sale of AMA.NET to you.

All this is evidence against you, you have no evidence in your behalf. I don't know if you and desperrado are the same person, but I do know you are the lowest of the scum in the domaining industry.

Domain hijackers should be persecuted to the fullest extent of law, and I hope that the prior owner takes legal action against you.

Why would your ID card proove anything. If you controled teh domain that administrative contact was set too, you could change the whois contact info.

You give me the link in the forum that you purchased the domain, and then I'll take back what I said, but sadly you can't do that because that was probably a lie.

I really don't care if your same person as Desperrado, maybe you are, maybe your not.

If you purchased domain privately via PM, then tell us the forum name and the user, and have the user confirm and provide proof of prior ownership.
