I have decided to sell www.lecrea.net. I started it back in June of 2009 and it has been fun to create as it was one of my first websites. I have ran into some personal things that require money I do not have, so I have no choice but to sell off some of my assets I have, which includes this site. Lecrae.net is currently a PR2 and generates about 7,000 visitors a month, 85% of which are organic. I started this site with the intention to make it a fan site for Lecrae Moore and other Christian rap artists. This site runs on wordpress using a premium theme from studiopress ($79). Interested parties are probably asking several questions and I will do my best to answer them for you here. If you have further questions, PM me.

How much work does it take to run?
I have done very little work on this site over the last 3 months. Since this site is ran on Wordpress platform, I was able to utilize a few RSS feeds to keep the content up to date automatically. I also have set up a section for readers to submit their own posts which I use as original content. Excluding the RSS feeds, all the content on this site is 100% unique as I hand wrote it all! RSS feeds are under the categories of “Extra News.” I also have a feed set up to post youtube videos of the music artists I chose to focus on and find that this generates a lot of comments and traffic alone. On any given week, I would spend less than 2 hours on this site. Most of the time I spend less than half hour a week. This would be to publish readers posts, approve music videos (which you can have set up to automatically publish) and occasionally write a post or update the events page for upcoming concerts - (done this 3 times since I started this site).

Where is the site being hosted?
I can do a free push for the domain registration to your account through godaddy. The site is currently being hosted on hostgator.
How much money do you generate?
I have take the averages over the last 4 months (from March – June) and have come up with an average of $49.13/month in revenue. I use adsense, amazon, and a PPC company (maxbanner). I have recently added a page to offer ad space on the site, but have not tried to recruit for the space. This could be another great money making tactic. Here is the breakdown of each month. Please note that Maxbanner was a recent addition as of May 18th and have also made $4.20 so far in July. That being said, I suspect I will generate $12.60 with this add placement.

March – June Adsense averages $26.62
    March Adsense $32.76
    April Adsense $20.96
    May Adsense $28.56
    June Adsense $24.19

March – June Amazon averages $14.11
    March Amazon $25.03
    April Amazon $10.94
    May Amazon $6.66
    June Amazon $13.79

May – July PPC MBA average $8.40
    May PPC $4.20
    June PPC $8.40
July as of 7/11 $4.20 (I estimate this to double by end of month.)

How much traffic do you get?
Here is a screenshot of my google analytics for the months of March 1st - June 30th.

What is the contribution from the top square ad "Max Banner Ads". I would think I would have put Adsense there.

    @Zero2HeroBlogger:
This is where I am currently running my PPC through Maxbounty. Maxbanner ads is just the plugin I am using to manage that space. I had adsense there in prior months, but was trying some different tactics with my ad space. I eventually was planning on using that space for paid advertisers. You could most certainly run your adsense there if you wish.

I have had no legal issues and I do not currently buy advertising. As stated before, I have not spent much time promoting the site. Upon creation, I quickly became recognized in search engines for multiple great keywords I wanted to focus on and have maintained that status for months without any advertising tactics.
