    When you say "script" it sounds like you are asking about which Shopping Cart Platform to use for your store. There is not really a store cart platform better then others for drop ship. Yahoo Stores and eBay ProStores are great, but many of the open source platforms are cheaper. They dont often come with support but they are free like Virtuemart, Zen Cart, Magento, CRE Loaded, oscMax, Open Cart and others. Virtuemart is nice if you want the CMS features...oscMax, Zen, and CRE have been around for a while and have active communities and support options while Magento and Open Cart are newer platforms but quickly growing. People use all of these cart platforms for their drop ship product sales without issue.
