    This is a dumb question. Any kind of website can give more money, Its not depend on kind of website. What you need is proper SEO and Original quality content and of-course a Forum :)

    Don't start with the "highest paid keywords" sites, you'll get nowhere because of the tight competition. You need to find a balance, something that you can conquer quickly and get paid decently for a click. The problem with the "highest paying niches" is that you'll either end up driving un-targeted traffic to your site, or completely lack the ability to achieve anything notable when it comes to targeted traffic (remember, the competition is fierce, so say goodbye to any early spikes in SEO traffic - not going to happen).

    Getting your site made and optimized is just 50% of the story. You need to have a plan on how to drive targeted traffic to it and search engines are your best bet to make clicks happen.

    As for the "what kinds of sites", I'll just say "timeless ones", those that can make you money even 5 years from now without much work involved... That's the beauty of residual income, but you gotta play it right from the start...

    loans, finance, gambling - those type of sites pay well on each click
    other types of sites not so well
    think in terms of how much a click is worth to an advertiser. obviously a finance loan company than an entertainment company (for example). think about how much "customers" are worth in each different niche - the ones where customers are worth a lot of money to advertisers, those are the ones that pay well.
