    you don't need to spam your site - the best way is to update you robots.txt file and go to google webmaster tools and remove all your site content

    robots.txt should be the best choice rather than using spam. If you have a lot of SPAM still some bots visit your site.

    Why don't you give remove cached url request in Google webmaster tools ? You can ask google team to remove your cached pages from Google index. In addition to it add a block rule in robots.txt file
