10 million page views in Ezinearticles

I have noticed a writer coming to 10 million page views in Ezinearticles. I wonder how many writers can reach 10 million page views in article directories. Do you know of any?
The place where I can find a few writers with 10 million page views is Associated Content.
One writer is coming to the first 10 million page views with slightly over 2 years of writing.

I much prefer to have 10 million page views from my blogs, rather than article submission to article directories.

Thats 10 million people who will see the author's link at the bottom of the article. Even if just half of 1 percent click on his link that's a hell of a lot of potential customers not to mention the boost it will give to his site seo.

Well the whole idea with article directories is that you post articles to get your blog/website/whatever started.
These directories already have a great ranking etc and will get readers to you if your post is good.
If you post it on your own new website, the chanse of getting it read is verry small.

I myself is an owner of a new article directory (FullArticles.tk) launched about 4 days ago.
And even I submit articles to other article directories to get traffic.

I highly doubt that is real traffic - you buy the traffic to get the views

For sure he got something out of those 10 million views. If only 5 percent went to check his own blog then that's 500k traffic right there.

    Forbidden

All I am seeing is the text "Forbidden" on that page.

    Is it blocked now?

Does Ezinearticles.com has a profit sharing program, like Squidoo or Hubpages? What are the other advantages of this traffic except for the possibility they might follow the links at the bottom of the article?

I agree, that is either paid traffic (I've had experience with people that pay for traffic. It's not targeted at all, so it's almost worthless), or he's one lucky SOB. The latter is unlikely.
