Hang on, you want someone to dedicate up to 14 hours a day every day with no predictable return on their time investment? You do realize that even if you can maintain that $250 a month for your writers, it works out to $1.56 per hour for an 8 hour day and $0.89 per hour for a 14 hour day? And that's if you let them take weekends off? And you expect anybody to work for this rate which is not guaranteed in any way? Really?
