Hello peeps, how u doing ? I was wondering what is the best CMS for an online magazine and why ? and if I want to start a "FEMININE" magazine what topics should be included ? Thanks.
Best CMS is Joomla. If you are looking to start feminine magazine, you need to include feminine topics only
WordPress Themes to Consider: http://www.ithemes.com Has a theme builder as well as many excellent themes. I use the Flexx Professional theme. http://www.elegantthemes.com I like the designs of his themes. Some tend to be too graphical for my tastes, but there are a lot of great themes on his site. http://www.studiopress.com These are always good to use, particularly for magazine sites. http://www.diythemes.com Good for SEO. Pain to setup and customize... or rather just time consuming. http://www.woothemes.com A lot of great themes... but your best option is a subscription so you aren't limited to a specific group of themes. http://www.rockettheme.com A lot of good themes... but a little on the pricey side. http://www.wpremix.com Kick ass theme, but not for the technically challenged folks. It has some really nice features though that I haven't seen in any other theme. Would work extremely well as a magazine site.

My favourite CMS is Concrete5, not many themes available but if you can create your own the CMS is great. None of the bloated Wordpress/Joomla stuff!
