How to PROFIT in a "Saturated" Market?

Hello, hope everyone is having a good day.

I'm thinking of developing more online guitar courses, but it seems to be such a competitive niche, and the conversions seem low.

I know to offer great value, be unique, and bring a lot of traffic.

Any other tips for potential success in a market like this? thanks.

Make video, capture emails and market from there.

Create a series of 3-5 videos showing people how to QUICKLY learn cool guitar techniques they can impress people with.

Make a killer video on how to do something that most wannabe guitar players want to do RIGHT NOW. Like play a killer lick, chords to a popular song, anything that will make them look cool. Post that video on YouTube and distribute with Tube Mogul or Traffic Geyser.

Have all links and descriptions pointing back to your video squeeze page where you talk directly to them and tell them if they enjoyed the video above where you showed them how to do something cool, they they should sign up to get 3-5 more completely free.

Build links back to your YouTube video. Do some article marketing and other basic traffic generation as well to your video squeeze page.

Create a 10 email follow up sequence where you deliver 1 video each on the first 3-5 mails.

At the end of each email do a soft sell for your "big kick ass learn how to play guitar in just 30 minutes a day product".

In the last 7-10 emails hit them with hard sells and ask them if they're going to be happy with sucking at guitar their whole life or if they want to shred and nail hot chicks 2 at a time by being a guitar god.

    Over deliver on your product.

Create two more levels of products - Intermediate, Advanced, etc

Do more YouTube videos and send more people to your page.

Stop worrying about competition, that's all in your head. The internet is the ultimate level playing field.

    Good Luck.
