Hi i am newbie, and i want to ask you.
when you type your site in google search,it become like this right?

but in my case,the description above the site is not represent my site.when i click cached button it direct another page...,but if copy the site and type it in mozilla it direct to my site..

how can i change that description to become my description site..?
oh for the information,i have bought this domain from someone before..so i think that description in google is from him. and i don't know how to change it..

if someone know please tell meeeeee...

 

I'm not exactly sure what your going on about but... It mist be that Google hasn't fully crawled your website yet and hasn't updated it's result. I don't know maybe I just didn't understand what you were asking =]

May be the description is taken by default from the content of the page. Which is done by google to get the perfect match for their search results.

sorry my english is not good.
i mean...when i click that cached button...it show another page..and not my site..
but when i type it manually (ex:www.slime.com) in my browser.. it show my site..
so..what should i do to change it?

yes DIA_8497..usually the description is taken by default from the content of the page,
but when i search in google (typing my site in google),it is not my content..when i click on cached button it show another page..

*Use meta description tag ( If not done already )
*Verify your site in google webmaster tool
*Submit site map, and then
*Get some backlink from good site. also submit in Digg, stumble upon, delicious like site.

You should go to html code of your website and define <meta description> for it.

Basically you need to wait for google to crawl through your website again and index all of your data. A good way to speed up the process is to create a few new links from other website that get crawled often.

 

Dude your site is not cached yet and besides that your meta description is incomplete , work on ON page, it will also help you to get your site indexed.

 

ok dude.. I got your question.. do one thing try to add url again in Google. After that create a XML sitemap submit it to Google webmaster tool.. Set your custom crawl rate to "0.91" and get relaxed.. Google will crawl your site within one week (MAX). Then check the result...!
