How can I add new category like this

My post can be in two category: one is ordered by Region,and the other one is ordered by Type
Like:

I can add two category widget to my sidebar,but they are the same.How can I slove this problem?

create a category called
"By Region"
and add sub-categories
"USA", "UK", "AU" to it

similarly, create a category "By Type" and then add sub-categories "Free" & "Paid"

this should get you the desired classification on you sidebar categories widget

 

Create subcategory (USA, UK, Australia) under "By Country" category then install Wordpress Extended Category plugin and manage your category list.
