No it wont have . You can make your new site fully SEO optimised . But see tht URLS and page titles dont change , as Google dont like page titles to change .

As long as your URL's remain the same, you should be ok. Or you can set up 301 redirects for those URLs that will be changed.

If there is, then it will only be minimal. As what they say above, do not change your URL's and if it couldn't be avoided, you should do a 301 redirect.

Even though everyone is saying that it will not affect SEO and position but I think it will affect your ranking since almost all part of you site will change. If you try not to change meta and title and URL then it will not be affected I guess.

if you change everything, then it will surely have a significant impact on your site ranking. minor changes will not matter but major chances like that will surely make your ranking suffer for a while. you can however come back up on ranking with a good link building campaign without any issue. but you are expected to have a temporary drop in ranking.

if you are not changing the file extension, for example from html to php or php to asp for example, it will be easier to get back up in ranking. if you however do the file extension change, you will need more time building backlinks to get back up.

another thing you will need to do if you change file format is 301 redirection. redirection from old html file to new php file for example is a must.

    good luck

It can have good or bad effects on your SEO depending on the structure of the new site and whether it's better or worse from an on-page/on-site SEO perspective. If you change any URLs then don't forget to 301 redirect old web pages to the new URL. Here's a some useful tips on site redesign and SEO.

I think you should listen to sultanofseo... I am not a SEO expert but my husband is and I know that such a drastic change will have some sort of a dire effect on the site. My husband has even told me of some clients of his who have simply changed template and it has affected SERPS and PR. SO, with as much as you are planning on changing it will have a some sort of influence and it will not be a positive one...
