It's an accented letter used in languages like italian and spanish. I didn't realize you could use them for domain names?

You can't, I "assume" that the OP put it for inflection purposes... I'm bidding with the assumption that it's PIZZA.NET

Well you are assuming wrong. Do you know how much Pizza.net would be worth? A lot more then $550!

Yes, Please Don't Get Caught! - Thanks cybatech for your continued comments! My attempt is not to trick anyone into purchasing my domains. I try to be very upfront with everyone I deal with, hints the 100% feedback. As stated in response earlier, this is an à not a. If you notice, there is an accent on the first character. This means it's international. As advanced website users all know, if you use international characters in some windows based browsers...they will be 'decoded'. Otherwise, it will always show up online as an à. The use of this domain would be for general online applications, unless you are in a country using such characters (in this case they would become common).

These domains are still quite valuable, according to comparable sales at Sedo (One of the world's largest domain sale websites)
    For Example:
    pìzza.net 1,200 EUR
    pizzà.com 1,600 EUR
    pizzá.com 100 EUR
    pízzà.com 99 EUR

...To name a few. These are all using the accents that seemed to have cybatech absolutely baffled. If you have questions please PM, as you can see I'm at full disclosure here so...Please, Don't Get Caught! ; )

You can't call off an auction. You specified no reserve either and auction ends 24hrs after last bid. So i won the auction. Mods please look into this.

Okay, I will continue the auction with the reserve, as stated in the Title and first line of this auction. The reserve was not $1. Also, if you see, I've already made a note to the Mods before your bid was placed asking that the auction be closed, so that I can start it again with the BIN option.

Please check rules. Reserve price is supposed to be mentioned before. You can't say low reserve but not mention any at all. Also the BIN of 550$ was already there from the start. Why would you have to close auction to add a BIN?
