Buying Need Someone to Code Mouse Hover Text!

    I have a website http://www.techtwurl.com where if you click on any item for example here an ipod you see there are 4 options: Poor Good Excellent Perfect.

    I need someone to make it so that when you hover over each of those options it shows text like for example if you hover over Perfect the text should say: "Perfect means your item is brand new", etc.

    I use a Joomla/Virtuemart custom CMS. If you can do this please PM me your price and contact info!
