Yes, you can submit the articles you've written your blog to directories. Just be sure to stay within the guidelines of the directories you choose to submit to.

You can do that, but you'd get a duplicate content penalty and some directories may not take them or will delete them. Your best bet would be to change the wording of the article, but keep the information and general style the same. By doing this, you'll get an even larger benefit with like three minutes of additional work.

change your articles up a little bit. You don't want your blog to be tagged for duplicate content.

Yeah, with the increasing amount of spam out there, google is getting tougher. But if you publish the article first into your site and submit it elsewhere only after it got indexed, you send a signal to google that you are the original creator of the article.

As Dalyinx said, you can be better by spending the 3 minutes to rewrite your article but those 3 minutes can easily turn out to be 30 minutes if you are lazy or get bored.

No directory other than ezinearticles will delete or reject your article because its duplicate. But make sure that that article is your own, don't ever mass submit anyone else's article.

You can just change the title and some of the wordings out there when you submit your article to article directories. Some of the article directories just want to have about 250 to 350 words long so you can also prefer submitting about these many words and not the whole lot of content into the directory. This will automatically makes your article submission worth and you get a fresh new and innovative content each time.

With eZine specifically, I believe I remember it being that as long as you have the same author name on your site as on theirs, or anywhere else you submit it before eZ, it should be ok.

Ezine wouldnt welcome the article if with different autor name. Why dont you rewrite the articles
and then submit to article directories. That will be unqiue.

Each article directory has it's own TOS.

EZA will accept duplicate articles and Articlesbase.com as long as they have the same pen name.

Buzzle.com will only accept unique articles for example .. no matter what.
