this site is a banner design site. A designer is a MUST to continue running the site as is.

This site regularly pulls in 20-30 banner orders per week with NO paid advertising. Could be MUCH more with more advertising, current designer has limited time and cannot fulfill more orders than currently receiving.

Will give new owner forum accounts as well as a list of all places where free ad postings are made.

The new owner would be allowed to use the portfolio for a period of one month while they build up their own portfolio.

Hosting and Domain can be transfered to new owner.

Payments through paypal, orders are forewarded to an email account of your choice.

those links will need to remain for 3 months from the purchase date. After that point it is up to the new site owner.

 

This site generates most of its leads from forums and repeat customers.

Very little traffic comes from natural search rankings. The short period where google adwords was used, was very successful.

Revenue has varied greatly month to month, as the main designer often does not have time to take on new orders and because of this advertising and accepting new customers is sometimes put on hold.

I suggest you higher some other designers to help you with the workload while still taking in your deserved percentage of each sale.

Iamans - I am not giving out my entire client base and the forums I post on as this is part of the value of the website. The domain is banner-spot.com client base is mostly web entreprenuers, mainly web hosting. Orders are generated via a form on the page and sent as an email to the designer.

BTW... I guess you need to change your member name if you sell this.
