Site Design

    Hello Guys

    We recently did a make over of our website site design and we would love your comments on possible areas of improvement . How do you think it will perform? I'd be really keen to know your thoughts good, bad or indifferent. Here is the link to the website bluw

    Looking good overall. But, the nav red and the blue background don't blend in my opinion, you could also center the navigation elements vertically and perhaps make the font size 1 unit larger, it currently is too small, again my opinion. At least the main content area could use a larger font as I see there enough room for it.

    At the bottom of the page you use the same blue color for both links and non-linked words, the only difference is the underlining but still I tried clicking on a non-linked title which was slightly confusing. I would avoid the blue on non-links.

    left column "Gift Finder" data spills over to "Top Selling Big Things" in my Safari browser.

    Thanks for the suggestion i will fix that safari anc chrome issue, also center the text navigation, i am still working on the colour theme of the website at the moment though, any more suggestion is welcome :)

    I agree with Clive, the red navigation clashes against the blue background - that color combination is very hard to use correctly. I would suggest using that same bluish gradient you've used behind "Gift Finder" and "Top Selling Big Things" perhaps. I think, despite the MASSIVE amounts of content, the design is very clean and nice looking.
