    Hi...

    friend's

Ive set up a site for a health and fitness social book marking service. Given its a social book marking service that displays links to articles submitted by other people. There is very little I think I can do with on-page keyword optimisation (since on clicking the story, the user is redirected to the submitted content, where ever it may be)
While Ill define keyword tags etc what other onpage stuff do you gurus think I can do.
Any strategy tips would be welcome. The site is fitjunction.com

Oh and apologies if these are stupid questions. Im sure my questions will get better with experience.
    Peace out:rolleyes:

Well, here are three tips I'd like to give for you. Hope it helps.

    1. Both sites with www and with out it are accessible. Get rid of one of them. It's duplicate content. If you’re running on Apache, a simple .htaccess script will do it.

    2. I don't know can you do something about it, but your source code looks heavy. There is lot of external css files and other code what takes some performance out from your site. You will have a huge site so any improvement will do...even a small one will make a difference on a big site.

    3. You don't have any canonical links set up. For example, I can access your front page through fitjunction.com, www.fitjunction.com fitjunction.com/default.aspx and www.fitjunction.com/default.aspx. While you can limit these to two with that .thaccess trick I was talking about above, you should use canonical link to tell the search engines what is the real page you would like them to index. Just Google it if you don't know what it means.
