    I feel if you haven't applied proper on-page optimization and have not spread your site on different networks on the anchor keywords which are actually a link back to your site.
    You need to examine your website thoroughly.

    Have you looked to see where you are ranking on search engines for your popular keywords? That would be where I would start. Sounds like you don't rank well or that your customer base does not typically find your product online at all. {I do not know if it is the one in your sig, or not}

    well it looks like your pages either arent ranking for your kws or you have traffic that is coming from other referrers that simply drowns the se traffic-
