Help Me With Some Simple Change For My Wordpress Themes

I am looking for someone who expert in php coded and theme design for wordpress to help me make some simple change on my existing wp themes, Below is my ideas for redesign of my current theme.

Change#1 : I want to expand my theme by adding another sidebar widget on my left (width=”125” - to fit my category and 125x125 banner) – the current contentwrap and 2 right sidebarwrap remain unchange.

Change#2 : I want to edit my current navigation code (under header) - i want it to be able to flexible to reorder or remove some of page link from my navibar which current design code cannot make it. Also, i want you to touchup the css file for the navibar design as well, to make it as per my request (see the new navibar - http://www.healthtips2u.com/images/navibar.JPG)

Change#3 : Also, there is some error found when i validate my current theme through http://validator.w3.org/, and i want you to fix them for me.

I know changing all of these will not taking much time especially for those who familiar with the coding.
