Don't ever make teh mistake I did. I broke my back & fractured 3 other disc vertebrates and also chipped another one:

& because of my age, they won't give me the pain killers I need. I'm on the lowest dose pain killers because they're scared I'll get "addicted" - I cannot believe this $h:t

It wasn't the newspaper made me sound like an idiot it was a lake I jumped into turns out the spot I jumped into 30-35ft high and 15-ft away was only 6 inches it hurts so bad to even type this I'm thankful to God I'm not paralyzed like I should have been

The problems with your back dont sound good,in the UK this pastime is called 'Tombstoning' for obvious reasons and i have just seen that even dedicated websites for this crazy pastime.
