vbulletin avatars

Hey VB experts - I need your help.

I run a VB 3.01 forum (2nd sig below)

I have an avatar for me as admin set up OK and I can change it.

BUT - none of my users can ??

They get this when they click "edit avatar" in their CP:

I have checked my overall VB settings and avatars are available for use

any ideas

In usergroups select Usergroup Manager then select your user group

i.e Registered Users select edit group

Then about 2rds way down you will see Picture Uploading Permissions

Click yes to `Can Upload Custom Avatars `

wow this post is old but i was having a lot of trouble figuring out how to fix this problem. my admin could only upload custom avatars and i thought i had searched every option to try and fix it until i saw this forum. took at least 20 minutes of searching on google heh.
