Hello, Please check the dates on them, most of them are caused by people not having the proper knowledge on how to use a hosting account and blaming us, but nevertheless the negative iTrader ratings are relatively old. 98% of our clientbase are satisfied with our services, and it is human-nature for the happy clients to not notice when they are satisfied, thus not writing reviews, or posting any itrader feedback. It is human-nature however to go around leaving negative feedback when you are not happy with something. Not all of us are perfect, and none of us can satisfy everyone, since some clients just expect too much (e.g. expecting a $5 service to run like a $200 high-end service).
