Dogs. You can train dogs and dogs are loyal. Cats tend to be more on the wild side and untrainable. Cats are good for persons that want companionship without having to get constant care. Dogs need more care plus dogs can actually learn to relay their messages to you though movements and barking.
I had a cat. I liked my cat but the carpet was the same color as the cat litter and the cat started using the carpet releive itself on. For all you cat persons watch out. No carpet the same color as the cat litter.
All the pitbulls or alot of them in the city I live in "Attack People". No Joke! Always news stories of a pitbull attacking and injuring someone. Police had to shoot a couple of them over the last few years. They get out of peoples back yards and start chewing flesh. One even got the cable guy. No way I'd own a pitbull. Sorry to say but the pitbull is one animal I wouldn't feel sorry about putting down just because I know they will attack sooner or later. If your new pitbull gets out and attacks someone you won't have a "Nickle" left in your bank account when all is said and done plus you probably will be in some serious debt the rest of your life paying the person your pitbull attacked. Sorry, I'm a dog lover and liked getting licked all over the face by my pooches but I have absolutely no feeling for the pitbull and think everyone of them should be put down.
Cats! Don't get me wrong, I love dogs. When I'm bored though, I don't want my dog coming up to me and annoying me for me having to take them outside. I'd rather my nice cat come up and start messin' with something that I'm trying to finish. It's adorable! :]
