[SkyIsLimit] Scammed after I trusted him, and sent him my money...

Hello guys,

SkyisLimit ( http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=343849 ) Has always been a friend of mine, he helped me once in my most embarrassing situations; I borrowed $150 from him once and sent it back in like 2/3 weeks now, as well as an extra $650, I told him to keep $200 for himself, and send me $600... But now, he keeps ignoring my emails, my phone calls, my Visitor Messages.. He even disabled them just because of me..

And plus, he is a preacher.. He is a Shame on Christians, he doesn't well represent them...

EDIT : This is some sort of a warning.. This member is NOT trust-able AT ALL!

What does this transaction have to do with DP?

If your deal had taken place within a B/S/T thread that was an Itrader allowed thread, you could have left an account of your dealings with the seller and you could have left an Itrader.

DP admins or moderators don’t get involved in disputes between members.

We didn't do this regarding a Post to give out itrader..

 

Going off your first post you borrowed money from a DP member, this was private and between you and the other member.

Therefore the only involvement from DP is you are both members.

The above isn’t really important as DP does not get involved or take any responsibly for transactions that take place on this forum.

Well you already transacted a transaction which is not allowed at DP in the first place.

Then open thread to complain about it.

Currency Loans
Allowed: none
Not allowed: No asking for, or offering of, loans. This includes buying something for someone "for a small fee".

 

I think give him a negative I trader.or contact to the moderator.

 

Proves one thing, don't trust people too much. Goodluck to you and hope you get this solved, just try to give him some more time as he might not have the money to pay you back yet.

 

He keeps deleting my visitor messages, if he just replies and tell me if he can pay or not!
I can wait till he gets the required money but WHEN!!

This proves one thing ! He robbed me.

 

'WHEN' will only happen if you let the moderators know. Compile all evidence needed to pin him down, that is of course if you can really prove that the guy has robbed you. The mods will help you for sure, not literally getting the money back to you but at least help you in terms of WHAT TO DO or you can take this matter legally to your lawyer or something.

He has no prove that he paid me back.

 

I don't think posting a screenshot will be necessary on this thread. Just give it to the mods and they will be able to help you more. Also, thank you for letting us know about your experience. Again, this goes to all dealers here in DP to choose the people you deal with very well and very carefully.

 

You gave him $200 for no reason? And you sent him $600 for I'm guessing no reason as well? You need to stop handing your money over to people over the internet.
