I would stick to manual traffic tactics such as link building. Websites that offer traffic are mostly scams anyway. Build some nice backlinks to youe site by doing a few different things such as: -Website Directories -Article Directories -Social BookMark Websites -Forums -Blog Commenting -Social Networks
Oh no I just want like the site for companies that handle small business marketing, that have a lot of traffic. Not ones that offer site traffic as a service, sorry for not being clear.
I'm honestly still not sure what exactly you're looking for. But the most effective way to get traffic to your site in my opinion is to write Guest posts on other people's blogs
