    Hello,

    Please help me that.PayPal limited my account.I have received money from buyer.for a posting jobs.
    but in PayPal point of view this is unauthorized transaction.that's why they limited my account.

    Please help me to shoot this problem.

    I don't think that posting jobs are unauthorized Trasaction .
    Okey , Now submit all of your necessary doc + info on resoulution page and after call them ..that's all.

    Unauthorized transaction?I think you had better contact the buyer asap....why not give then a call? you can call paypal by skype(free of charge)

    The person who hired you for posting job appears to be a fraud and seems to have paid you from someone Else's paypal account. Of course... you are not at fault for his bad act and so, you should contact paypal and show them the proof of your dealing/transaction... be it an email conversation or PM messages!

    May be he used other account as rightman says, and thats why he did not post the project - what he can do easily. i would rather keep myself aside from this type of transaction.

    It happens with me so i refunded my client and then re-charge him through Plimus and then make a new paypal with new private email address like: and then verify it via VCC.

    I have helped him personally and the problem is PayPal thinks that the transactions made from this account are at high risk. So, they have permanently blocked his account. And funds will be available back after 180 days only.

    They wont restore frozen accounts . Paypal is stupid .

    If you have paypal account based on india , if anyone outside india send you money as services paypal will limit your account within 24hrs.. You cannot receive money if you are indian.Paypal opens dispute.

    But it doesnt happen if your account is foreign and verified
