Hey You have to definitely start with Articles if you are on tight budget. Send to article directories and Guestblogs. Make sure your articles are TOP QUALITY. If you cant write OUTSOURCE it (here,elance,oDesk). Make sure that the articles you send out are informative and to the point. If articles that you send out will be low quality nobody will read it. That means no quality traffic to your website and wasted money. Video is great also but you have to build backlinks for your videos also if you plan to send them on youtube. 90% of traffic that comes to my videos is from "similar video" section.
