    true, spamming is a big issue, though some certain content though not intentionally copy-paste, but with the same point of view, and when you try to use copyscape it, the two content much likely the same. So as much as you can, write a unique content

    2. Don't post your site URL again & again on the same site.
    3. Don't Write the copy content on your site..

    1. Get a good spam filter
    2. Check the bottom of each spam mail, there may be an unsubscribe link
    3. Use the contact book and send all unknown contacts to the junk folder, but still check from time to time.

    You dont mention the type of site you have , but I assume its a blog and you allow people to post comments.. The best way I have found is to use Akismet and to edit the command to only allow a maximum of one link in any comment that posted.. Good luck in
