Hi guys... do we still need to submit our rss if all of the page has been successfully indexed by google?

 

I think it's a good idea to submit them. It will allow future posts to be indexed faster as well.

 

how long does the rss takes to get indexed in these directories? are they dofolow?

 

Thanks for taking the time to scrub and provide a great list. It would be great to have something created to at least semi-auto submit or auto submit to these sites each time you need to. That would be a huge time saver as well.
