Buying i need a site made! webcam type site

i am looking to get a site made.. something like a live webcam streaming site.

if you go to stickam or chatroulette, you can go one on one chats with random people.. you click the next button and it shuffles through a random person who is on their webcam.

a perfect example is this:

There are turnkey scripts to create websites like that.

Just do some research on a search engine for chat roulette script, chat roulette clone, chat roulette alternative script.

There are even ones you can download and and use for free, i.e. http://www.videowhisper.com/?p=Chat+Roulette+Clone+Script that allows sessions up to 15min in free mode.
