First Refund....Knew It Was Going To Happen Eventually

Today I logged into my account and seen my first ever refund. Well I know people experience refunds with Clickbank but this was my first time. And guess what product it was for? Reverse phone detective. I seen a while back where a lot of people was talking about the refund rates of this product. Since I sometimes promote the product myself, I wanted to see for myself and now I do. I wonder how everyone's first refund felt to them. Out of a total of 62 sales, I think this is OK. Maybe I should switch to another product in the same niche with fewer refund rates or something or maybe just go with the flow.

 

well to be very honest... this is a dream come true for any clickbank affiliate

They weren't all from this product. I'd say i have around 20 or so from this product.

lol its my first refund out of all the 62 sales. I was referring to the specific product which got the refund. Out of the 20 sales for this product, I got 1 refund, my first ever. Hope it makes a little more sense.

I think this is a good rate 1/20 is probably better than most, and 1/62 is outstanding Keep doing what youre doing - but SCALE IT UP

 

Maybe time to promote a new product

 

Why? 1 refund in 20 is a 5% refund rate.. which is pretty good.

 

Reverse Phone Detective has indeed some of the highest refund rate amongst all Clickbank products.

I think I've found the winner when it comes to refunds, last month I was testing different offers on one of my sites from different CPA offers to clickbank, one clickbank offer made 6 sales in 2 days.....I thought I had found the best converting offer until 4 of them refunded!

But to be honest that high refund rate wasn't a great surprise as the guide was on how to get products for free! Maybe the guides instructions are a little too good lol.

ONE refund is nothing to worry about.

i would like to know about rest of 42 sale ..which product? where you don't have any refund ..i my opinion it's a awesome product if you don't have any refund out of 42 .For detectives refund always higher and i am sure you would see more refunds in futures

 

Those are great numbers. Time to scale up on the products that are converting.

 

Refunds are no fun at all, but one in twenty sales is a rate I would take any time.

 

I am a vendor of an ebook on baby gender selection and I have been really pleased that the refund rate is approx 1% or less up until now.
