You have to head over to http://www.google.com/analytics/

Once their sign in *click access analytics.

Then your website should list that you already setup click the website link of your site under the name column.

To the right you will see the column named actions. Click edit.

Next page on the top right you will see "receiving data" or in your case "not receiving data". Click the check status link.

Your code is at the bottom of that page.

Do you have more than one set of tracking code installed on your website? If you do remove one. The second option is delete the cache in your browser settings.

Try this link and it is the second problem in the list. The problem your having or sounds like your having is called site overlay. Where it greys out your website, it is a well known problem with only a handful of fixes but in the meantime I would delete all the tracking code then delete the site in google analytics. Clear your cache then create new site in google analytics install the tracking code then clear cache one more time.

You can report it here that you are having a problem with it to Google.
