WTF! Twitter going mad???

    Guys,

    I'm facing problem with twitter since last 3-4 days. Most of time their server is down. I think that's due to the hugh tweet traffic because of FIFA worldcup.

    But today there is some serious problem I found. Something wrong with their DB server !! ALL TWEETS REPEATING THEMSELVES INTO HUNDREDS !! Hope they will RECTIFY it ASAP...

    I noticed the downtime but have not experienced what you are talking about with multiplying tweets.

    I'm sure they are on to fixing it right now.

    I believed is due to high volume of twit made their server load too high and slow respond or may be they under DDos attach ??

    In recent days the capacity of the servers have been tested to the limits but that is all the problems that i have had,all i usually have to do is try again in a few minutes,never had the other problem though.

    part of the problem was that for many hours, lots of people if they posted a tweet received an internal server error. they would then try to repost, and repost, and repost. But what they didn't realise was that even though they got this error, twitter still was posting their tweets - so when it all came back up, lots of people had multiple tweets. they certainly have had a lot of problems lately.

    what happen to me.... hehe when m trying to tweet then it show's that they have problem please refresh your page ... nad when i refresh it then what i saw hehe ... my tweet is already posted :p wtf... twitter is getting more and more popular day by day and they still having problems :p

    I just went on it and it seems ok, they must have a huge demand surge now. There going to get even more during the holidays and world cup final lol
